Membership Terms & Condition

The terms and conditions of being a member of International Human Rights Council of India (IHRCI) are discussed below:-

Who can Join IHRCI?

Each person irrespective of a place of residence and social status standing for and respecting the fundamentals of Human Rights are warmly invited to become a member of our organization.

Why become a Member?

We have to create another world in which the voice of the voiceless will be heard and responded effectively. The present abuse of power and the spread of corruption demand more hands to make a better world. As a member you will be able to voice your concern more powerfully through both collective and individual action.

Members will get opportunity to be the part of the National/State/District/Local committee of the Organization.

Documentation

Members have to submit all the required documents and self-declaration within 30 days otherwise their membership will be cancelled.

Process

Any person above 18 years of age who are not identified with or affiliated to organizations that advocate violence can apply for Full Membership. The membership form must be filled and send to the Communication Address along with the membership fee and the copy of the identity proof. In normal case after getting an application form we take 3-4 weeks to process it.

After the completion of the membership process, members must complete their KYC and Pan Card procedure within 30 days of the membership approval.

Within 15 days of your KYC and Pan approval, you will be provided with the Membership Kit at your concerned address.

Termination of Membership

  • 1. If a member is found guilty of misusing the membership.
  • 2. If a member is found misusing any of his power.
  • 3. If found to be involved in any anti-social activities.
  • 4. If adjudged by any court of law to be a criminal offender.
  • 5. If member works against the aims and objects of the society.
  • 6. If disregards rules and regulations or disobey the decisions of the governing body.
