Refund Policy

International Human Rights Council of India (IHRCI) refund policy is based on its terms and conditions. If the member request for membership cancellation is duly accepted by the management of IHRCI then the membership amount will be refunded in the same manner as the activation amount was transferred within 7-8 working days only if the membership is truly cancelled by following all the norms.

Buyer may be entitled to a refund up to 100% of the Membership Amount if fail the membership due to a cause attributable to ‘International Human Rights Council of India (IHRCI) , however such refunds will be assessed on a case basis by ‘International Human Rights Council of India (IHRCI)’. Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding.
