Cancellation Policy

The terms hereof shall constitute International Human Rights Council of India (IHRCI) cancellation and refund policy in relation to the Solutions rendered on the Website (“Cancellation Policy”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

Membership Cancellation

As a general rule Member shall not be entitled to cancel Membership once taken. Member may choose to cancel Membership as per his/her wish within an hour of the membership. However, subject to Member’s previous cancellation history, International Human Rights Council of India (IHRCI) reserves the right to deny any refund to Member pursuant to a cancellation initiated by Member even if the same is until the Membership is accepted followed by suspension of account, as may be necessary in the sole discretion of International Human Rights Council of India (IHRCI).

If Member cancels his/her Membership after the time period, ‘International Human Rights Council of India (IHRCI)’ shall have a right to collect a penalty of 100% of the Membership amount for breach of contract terms as a compensation for the damages suffered by ‘International Human Rights Council of India (IHRCI)’, with a right to either not to refund the Membership value in case Member’s Membership is prepaid or recover from the Member’s subsequent Membership in case his/her Membership is postpaid, to compensate the Merchants.
