WHAT ARE HUMAN RIGHTS

Human Rights are moral principles or norms for certain standards of human behaviour and are regularly protected in municipal and international law. All human beings are born equal in dignity and rights. These are the moral claims which are inalienable and inherit in all individuals by virtue of their humanity alone, irrespective of their caste, colour, creed and place of birth, sex cultural difference or any other consideration. These claims are articulated and formulated in what is today known as “Human Rights.”

Importance of Human Rights

As Human rights include the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to work and education, and many more.
